A Deloitte qualified accountant, Preston is an experienced professional with a passion for using property in innovative ways to promote the arts. He founded Really Local Group in 2016 to further these aims.
Victoria has been involved in Cromwell Place from its early stages, including business plan and conceptual development. The Founder of Luxem Events, a project management company specialising in art and culture projects, Victoria has managed events such as the Wind Tunnel Project and Mayfair Art Weekend, an annual festival for galleries in Mayfair and St James’s.
May has spent over a decade working in arts development, focusing on patrons groups and high level donors and held posts at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Tate before founding May Calil Consultants in 2011. Her clients have included The Showroom, Cass Sculpture Foundation, Frieze, Photo London, Brunswick Arts and Bold Tendencies. She is a Trustee of The Chisenhale Gallery and Liverpool Biennial.
Prior to joining Cromwell Place, Helena was Project Manager for Mayfair Art Weekend. She previously held roles at London’s David Zwirner and Melbourne’s Mossgreen Auctions. Helena read History of Art and English Literature at Melbourne University and studied at the Sotheby's Institute of Art, New York.
Craig has a wealth of experience working in fine art logistics, having previously spent over a decade working at Momart, a premier fine art transport, storage and installation company. Craig has worked intimately with international blue chip galleries, as well as museums, art dealers and private collectors, developing a true understanding of their requirements concerning the careful and discreet handling of fine art objects.
Mitra comes from the serviced office industry, and has worked as an Area Operations Manager in both London and Washington, DC. She has experience opening new locations, and launching new brands. Additionally, Mitra is highly experienced in day to day management of facilities and services, including the specific challenges surrounding listed buildings.
After having worked in New York with Sandra Gering Inc and Art Production Fund, Aleya became increasingly involved with practices for public art and display. She earned an MSc from the University of Edinburgh in Art History and Philosophy where she also worked as a Public Art Curatorial Assistant for the University’s Centre for Research Collections. Aleya also studied at The Sorbonne and The University of Victoria.
Cristina holds a degree in Arts Management from Bocconi University, Milan. Her previous experiences include Sotheby’s and Christie’s. Prior to Cromwell Place, she was Community Manager at Vastari, a technology company dedicated to facilitating the exchange of cultural content between public and private sectors. The responsibility of handling the dynamics between thousands of museums and galleries around the world gives her the confidence to serve Cromwell Place’s ecosystem of members with dedication and enthusiasm.
Daisy has a wealth of experience in strategic marketing and communications within the art industry. Daisy was a journalist and Editor for arts information service MutualArt, before consultanting for a variety of private businesses and individuals. Daisy holds a BA in Art History and Visual Studies from the University of Manchester.
Leopold is an internationally trained art technician who has worked with world class institutions installing shows around the world. He has held roles at Sotheby's in London, the National Gallery of Victoria, and Mossgreen Auctions in Melbourne.
Prior to joining Cromwell Place, Maria worked as Collections Manager and Registrar for private art collections for five years. Her working experience within the art business includes auction houses, non-for-profits, art advisory firms and art fairs.
