Events Coordinator
The Events Coordinator works very closely with the Membership team to plan and implement Member events, as well as internal events for prospecting and VIPs, and respond to event enquiries from non-Members. You will also be working closely with the Operations team in delivering each event. Delivery of events will involve staff across several teams: front of house, security, caterers and food & beverage.

Events Manager
The Events Manager drives event bookings to maximise revenue opportunities, oversees the day-to-day planning of both internal, Member and non-Member events and with the help of the F&B Manager executes the events seamlessly and to a high standard.

Registrar & Office Coordinator
The Registrar & Office Coordinator supports the Exhibition Services team with coordination and documentation of logistics services at Cromwell Place; also supporting Membership and other company departments by generally keeping documents and systems up to date. This includes working closely with Cromwell Place Members, ensuring that an outstanding five-star service is delivered and carried out across all exhibition services.

Senior Art Technician & Art Storage Coordinator
The Senior Art Technician and Art Storage Coordinator supports the Exhibition Services team with logistics, art storage and art handling at Cromwell Place. They work alongside the Registrar and Office Coordinator to look after departmental systems, and report into the Exhibition Services Manager. This includes working closely with Cromwell Place Members, ensuring that an outstanding five-star service is delivered and carried out across all exhibition services.
