DADA Gallery

Celebrating the launch of DADA Magazine this exhibition is a physical manifestation of the themes in the first issue of DADA magazine, an open space to explore the world through the eyes of these contemporary Black artists

Featuring works by Baye Ndiaga Diouf, Bunmi Agusto, Cameron Ugbodu, Daniel Obasi, Emily Moore, Hamed Maiye, Okiki Akinfe and Olaoluwa.

This first issue of DADA Magazine embodies the spirit of radicalism and counterculture present in the word DADA, across art history and as a spiritual and societal concept. The exhibition will elaborate on these themes and interrogations. Particularly through the lens of a new generation of African artists, the magazine and exhibition focus on contemporary image making, free of restrictions on what can and cannot be expressed and visualized.
