Meeting Rooms
We provide two meeting rooms available for temporary hire as part of our workspace solutions.
The Boardroom is our larger meeting room (12 guests), while The Hub offers a more intimate setting (8 guests). Both rooms are equipped with LED displays with video conferencing capabilities and flipcharts.
For bookings of over two hours, we offer a welcome service with tea and coffee. Additionally, refreshments such as juices, pastries, and cookies can be included upon request. If desired, full catering options are available for pre-order from the Cromwell Place Cafe.

Viewing Rooms
We have four viewing rooms, purposely designed whilst retaining original architectural features. The spaces have an elegant, clean minimalist décor and benefit from both natural and specialist lighting. The rooms can be booked on a half-day, daily or weekly basis and are ideal for discreet private viewings, photography, conservation and cataloguing of artworks.

Art Storage
Our central London, state of the art facility provides storage solutions, from a single artwork to an exhibition or an entire collection, for any time period in a purpose-built, climate-controlled space.
Art storage is managed by our highly experienced, on-site Exhibition Services team, who are on hand to advise and assist on the safe and secure storage of your artworks.
The safety and security of your artworks is paramount to us. The facility has a double door airlock entry; 24hr manned CCTV and onsite security personnel; fire detection and alarm systems; and building management team.
