The gallery specialises in re-contextualising the work of Modern artists while providing connections to contemporary art, artists, and culture. Founded by Wendi Norris in 2002, the gallery emphasises the importance of scholarship and education, which has led to their highly researched exhibitions and catalogues. The gallery further supports this by sponsoring artist discussions, hosting visits with academics and engaging in public art projects. Gallery Wendi Norris curates offsite exhibitions around the world, and will host exhibitions at Cromwell Place.
