“chetnaa’s practice revolves around balancing the nuances of the white of the paper and black of the ink. Initiated as symmetrical arrangements, the artist’s work reveals the need to deconstruct the order she once sought, so as to build a new geometric logic that feeds her minimalist aesthetic. In this exhibition the artist has abstracted ‘the cityscape of Delhi to a form of minimal geometric purity that could be visually consumed in an instant’” – Silvia’s Mother.
