Launched in 2007, the brand reached popularity for its digitally printed designs. Peter Pilotto's acclaim includes being awarded the NewGen sponsorship by the British Fashion Council, the Swarovski Emerging Talent award in 2010 and the Fashion Forward prize in 2011. In 2014 they won the BFC/Vogue Fashion Fund competition.
Pilotto and DeVos have undertaken a number of collaborations with brands such as Target, Kipling, Lisa Marie Fernandez and Nicholas Kirkwood. In 2012, the duo were also invited to be guest designer at the prestigious Pitti W showcase in Florence.
Over the last decade their label has won a number of industry accolades: most notably the British Fashion Council’s NewGen sponsorship in 2010, the Swarovski Emerging Talent award in the same year and the Fashion Forward prize in 2011. After founding and running the Peter Pilotto brand for 14 years Christopher De Vos Caballero and Peter Pilotto decided to pause the brand and rethink what a creative business that suits their personal needs and creative interest should look like going forward.
Following a year of travelling through Latin America, reconnecting with Christopher's roots and upbringing (half Peruvian half Belgian) a new concept for a studio and brand was developed and worked on for the past two years.
